Established in South Korea in April 2007, SEORAE Korean Charcoal BBQ conceptualized in Seorae village, South Korea, presenting the original taste of Korean BBQ and traditional Korean food for everyone.

 

In recent years, SEORAE has grown into the leading Korean BBQ chain and cemented its reputation as a pork rare-cut specialist, with 6 outlets across Singapore, and over 300 outlets established globally.

Using a proprietary blend of marinade, we prepare and process our meats in-house daily to ensure a high level of quality control and consistency. The perfect meat processing is completed with a 30 minutes massage on our signature Galmaegisal, resulting in an unbelievably tender and juicy meat.
